Hey there, welcome to Moc An Knits – my little world of cozy knitting, joy & sustainability  

I’m Moc An, the hands (and heart) behind Moc An Knits. Knitting has been my happy place for as long as I can remember. There’s just something about the soft yarn running through my fingers, the quiet rhythm of the stitches, and the way something beautiful slowly takes shape - it’s pure magic.

For me, knitting isn’t just a hobby; it’s my meditation, my escape, and my way of adding a little bit of warmth and joy to the world. And the best part? I get to share that joy with you.  

How It All Started

I never set out to become a knitting designer, but as I followed my love for knitting, it naturally grew into something bigger - an opportunity to share my passion with others. I’ve always loved knitting, but at some point, I started tweaking patterns, then making my own, and before I knew it, I was designing pieces from scratch.  

I kept hearing from fellow knitters that they struggled to find patterns that were both stylish and easy to follow, and that’s when it clicked - I wanted to create patterns that felt effortless, fun, and satisfying to knit. And so, Moc An Knits was born!

I design knitting patterns with one main goal: to make knitting feel like a joy, not a struggle. My patterns are all about:  

🧶 Easy-to-follow instructions – No overcomplicated techniques, just clear steps that help you feel confident.  
🧶 Simple, timeless designs – Pieces that look modern but never go out of style.  
🧶 A relaxing experience – Because knitting should be soothing, not stressful.  

Whenever possible, I also include small video tutorials to help with key techniques - because I want every knitter to feel confident and excited about their project.  

Knitting with Heart & Intention (A Sustainable Approach)  

Knitting is more than just making things - it’s about slowing down, enjoying the process, and creating something truly meaningful. That’s why I love the idea of slow fashion - choosing quality over fast trends and making pieces that last for years.  

Every stitch carries a little bit of love, a little bit of time, and a whole lot of creativity. I hope my patterns bring you that same feeling - the excitement of starting something new, the calm of working through each row, and the pride of wearing or gifting something handmade.
