Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a knitting pattern has been purchased and the download link has been provided, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing and make sure you understand what’s included. If you have any questions about a pattern or need help before buying, feel free to reach out - I’m always happy to assist!

Right of cancellation for digital products

When purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree upon checkout that the 14-day cancellation period for the digital product is null and void.

 

Damages or Issues

If you experience any issues with downloading your pattern, receive the wrong file, or the file is corrupted or incomplete, please get in touch right away at mocan.knitwear@gmail.com. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
