By purchasing or downloading a pattern from Moc An Knits, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Our Patterns

All products sold through Moc An Knits are digital knitting patterns delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Downloads

Patterns are available for instant download after payment has been successfully completed.

Language

All patterns are written in English unless otherwise stated in the product description.

2. Orders & Payment

Payment

All payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

Access to Files

Once payment has been completed, you will receive immediate access to your digital files. You can download your purchased patterns from your account or through the download link provided after purchase.

Please ensure that the email address used during checkout is correct.

3. Refunds & EU Consumer Rights

Digital Products

Because our products are digital files that are delivered immediately after purchase, refunds, returns, and exchanges are generally not available.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Once a pattern has been downloaded or access has been provided, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Right of cancellation for digital products

When purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree upon checkout that the 14-day cancellation period for the digital product is null and void.

4. Copyright & Pattern Usage

All knitting patterns from Moc An Knits are original designs and are protected by international copyright laws.

What You May Do

You may:

Download and use the pattern for your personal knitting projects.
Knit items for yourself, gifts, or small-scale handmade sales.
Sell finished handmade items created from the pattern.

If you share your finished projects online, crediting the designer is greatly appreciated:

What You May Not Do

You may not:

Copy, share, distribute, upload, or redistribute the pattern in any format.
Sell, resell, license, or commercially distribute the pattern.
Translate, modify, rewrite, or adapt the pattern for distribution or resale.
Claim the design or pattern as your own work.
Use Moc An Knits product photos without prior permission.

The purchase of a pattern grants a license to use the pattern; it does not transfer ownership of the copyright.

If you experience problems downloading or accessing your files, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moc An Knits provides patterns with care and attention to accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee that every project will produce identical results, as outcomes may vary depending on yarn choice, gauge, knitting experience, and individual techniques.

Moc An Knits shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our patterns.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of our website or products after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
